Prestigious Magazine The Economist endorses MAID legislation in the United Kingdom

One of the world's most respected weekly The Economist, first published in 1843, has renewed its call for MAID legislation in Great Britain.  The journal has consistently agued the merits of personal choice for end of life decisions.  It articulates compelling rebuttals to the bromides of opponents.

It is interesting to note that while most of western continental Europe has embraced Assisted Dying, the United Kingdom has remained an outlier, despite overwhelming support among the pubic.  It now appears that with this week's editorial, the movement may get jump started while France across the Channel undertakes a debate within its Parliament.
